What checkout methods do you offer?

How long does it take to receive my order?
Delivery time depends on your location and shipping method. Barco uniforms and scrubs are shipped factory direct from California, and could take up to 6 business days for delivery. See map below for more details.
Do you have rush shipping?
There is a 3 Day rush shipping option during checkout. Pricing may vary depending on your barco scrubs order and your location. standard shipping cost for barco scrubs orders below free shipping threshold is detailed in your shopping cart.
How do I return or exchange my barco uniforms order?
See our return/exchange page for details on this. You may use our return/exchange form to exchange for a different item, color or size within the Barco uniform brand or place a new order today, then return your order for a full refund within 30 days.
How do I get tracking information for my new order?
Once your order is processed and shipped, tracking information will be forwarded to you via email automatically. The tracking number and shipping method is generally sent to you the day after your order ships.
Is everything on this site in stock?
We have a 99% in stock rate, however, because we ship direct from Barco, the manufacturer, we are not the only ones pulling from this inventory. For this reason, some items may be on backorder. If this happens, you will be notified by phone or email with the details. You will never be charged extra to ship backordered items and we will make every effort not to break up any scrub outfits, should an item within an outfit be on backorder. How do Barco scrubs fit compared to other uniform brands?
The sizing and fit will vary by brand and body type and the way your new scrubs will fit you will vary, however, there is a manufacturer size chart on every Barco uniform item buy page that will help you narrow down your size choices. If you receive your items and they do not fit, exchange them for another size using our return/exchange form.
Why are there several brands on this site, Crayola, Grey's Anatomy, etc?
Barco uniforms manufactures all of the brands you see above. Just click on any brand logo to view featured items, details, pricing and more. All will ship together direct to your door and should fit similiarly, but may vary in manufacturing. Barco uniforms offers the highest quality scrubs, using state-of-the-art fabrics and manufacturing processes to bring you the most comfortable, durable scrubs you've ever owned.
